TRUMA HEATSTORE NOT WORKING ON GAS

My hot water only works if I'm using EHU. The unit won't work on gas. Problem occurred after few months of no use. Any ideas. I've checked the board, had it out for a short while and then reconnected. Yes I've checked had switched on! Any ideas. I've managed to book in but not until march.

Not familiar with that model, but whats the actual problem?
Does it light any light, or make any noise (like solenoid open click, or ignitor sparks?) Can you hear it try to light, hear gas release, hear flame ignite but not stay lit?
If not, could be a simple 12v issue, switch, power, fuse, connections - or blown board etc
Is outside vent cover on (if it has one)
If it tries but does not light, is gas flowing (smell/noise) - if not, isolator valve, bottle open, failed regulator?
If it lights but not stay lit, flame sensor failure or connection issue.

Need much more info if you want guding but hope that helps
