Vaccine scam email

I received a scam email today inviting me to accept or decline an invitation for a vaccination. I expect most people have heard about these scams but thought I'd post this for info, to give you an idea of what one might look like. I also double-checked it online and found the exact same message here. The wording "it then goes on to say" is part of the message! All a bit random.

I obviously didn't click but have no doubt it would have asked me to pay, when we all know the vaccination is free. A whole new reason to "Stay Alert" 😊

I had a letter Wednesday inviting me for the Jab, there was a phone number or go online, I went on line booked the Jab for Thursday , and also the second Jab for April, all very easy to do, turned up at the centre early ,[ I am never late, ] it was like a well oiled machine from start to finish the guy at the car park entrance took my BOOKING NUMBER [very important that] checked his list sent me on to the parking Marshals , parked where told too ,was given a Blue card and sent to the entrance of the centre , showed my blue card and was sent inside to a nurse who checked my BOOKING NUMBER against her list, she sent me a few yards to another nurse who asked a few questions and checked me off on her computer then sent me a few yards to another nurse who sat me down, a few more questions and she then Jabbed my arm , told be to exit through a nearby door back out to the car park where I was told to sit in the car for 15 minutes, and contact the Marshal if I felt dodgy, did this, felt OK and then my wife drove home. really impressed with the whole set up, many volunteers there on duty. I had a choice of venues 3 places all within 5 miles of where I live and many choices of days and times for the Jab. Super impressed with the whole thing, got to do it all again soon I hope as my wife has not been invited yet as she is a mere Girl, I wish hee hee. SOUTHAMPTON WEST.

They are certainly ramping up.

I've chosen to drive to a large town about 40 minutes away, just for the fun of a Legal drive. I hear that they are incredibly careful and helpful.

The forward planning and resourcing is truly remarkable, and I realise just how lucky I am to be born in GB. 🙂
