Vet recommendations wanted

Going over to Germany in September. Will be coming back from the Stuttgart/Black Forest area. Since it's not one of our usual routes, we'll need to find a new vet to deal with our two mutts. Rough route home will be via Strasbourg - Luxembourg - Belgium - Calais.
Would prefer to avoid the rip-off merchants near Calais, so does anyone have any recommendations for vets along that route? (preferably in Germany - where they seem to much more reasonably priced!)
