I have just realised we have been married since 31st Oct 1981 (38) years tomorrow ,don’t know what to get the woman that has everything .

Months ago when replying to Magbrin re the Highland Minimeet I happened to mention that it would be our 46th wedding anniversary during the meet. On the Sunday of the meet Magbrin asked us just before lunch “is it today or was it yesterday?”. Sue and I looked at each other blankly until the penny dropped - we had both completely forgotten that it was our anniversary. Luckily Magbrin had champagne for us.
Like Garth it was just as well that Sue had forgotten as well.

We will have been married for 48 years tomorrow! Got married on 31st Oct 1970... (that means it will be your 37th doesn't it??).

Malcolm has forgotten it only the once funnily enough he’s never forgotten it again..haha that was a few years ago though we’ve been married for 38 years gone the 8th Oct. congratulations to Linda and Lee and also to Gordon and Fiona on your anniversary

It's hard to forget as it is the day before my Birthday. It will be 50 years of purgatory bliss next year.

My wife forgot our 3rd anniversary , I’m still one in credit 34 years later. Her birthday is easy 23 April , who did St George fight ? wedding anniversary is a bit harder , it’s the week before the fishing season starts.

We married a week after April Fool's Day, and have 45 years under our belt.

Yvonne forgot our wedding anniversary one year. I'll never forget her expression of horror.

After that, I consider myself fireproof for life.

Hope she is of the same opinion on Monday 5th November (hard day to forget, and yes things did go with a bang) when we will be married 45 years.( she was a child bride!).
