WTF is "unscheduled disassembly" other than "fell apart" or "broke up". Is "unscheduled disassembly" meant to fool anyone?

They're American, David. They don't make losses, they make negative profits; patients in hospital don't die, they become negative patient outputs. And why use 'disassembly' when 'dismantle' would be more elegant ... Disassembly indicates a positive action to take something apart; the fact that it was unscheduled, suggests that the rocket failed ...

The authorities in N. Ireland had to change the cause of death of soldiers and civilians killed in republican bombings.
The cause of death on occasion had been described as "disintegration of the body". This caused untold distress to relatives.
Four young part time soldiers killed in a culvert bomb near my house had to be identified by rings and watches. Not enough body parts found to make decent burials.
Sickening, and unsurprising that many are unprepared to accept involvement by their 'political wing' in government.
As an aside yesterday 17th January was the anniversary of the murder, by bombing of 8 civilians construction workers who were involved in repairs to an army base.
Doesn't get much coverage as it is not in the government or republican interests to give it airtime or properly enquire into it. Better to persecute soldiers trying to do their best to maintain peace.
