And if you kept the 2cv suspension at the back I'd recon it'd lean nicely into corners .

Chris Ireland (AKA Desperate Dan Customs) built a V8 Citroen 2CV using a Daimler lump but I never saw it finished, will be on the net somewhere I expect.
Seen a couple of 2CV trikes but nothing like your AI version
My first trike was a 750cc Reliant in a bike frame with hard tail back end. Those 34BHP moved it surprisingly quickly when it didn’t have a body and chassis to pull around so the 2CV should be similar.
