Whilst talking gas, we were away for a week and without heating we managed to go through a full12kilo bottle, how much do you use on water and fridge only. It comes a bit dear at a bottle a week, the fridge is the gas gobbler but how much are they rated to use, I cannot find a usage figure anywhere.

I looked the other day and it was about 0.3kg per 24 hours, but I assume they wouldn't be on full fo 24 hours.

Includes 2 x showers and minimal hab heating

We use gas for hot water and fridge, I allow just over 1 litre a day, 1/2kg? With 2 x 11kg Gaslow bottles on board. I’ll have a better idea when I refill later today in Sweden how much we’ve used so far in 5 weeks away.

The last 29 days we’ve used 36.5 litres of gas. So 1.25Litres a day. water, cooking, fridge and a bit of heat when it was snowing.
