Seitz window blind cassette replacement

I’ve got a couple of blinds requiring attention. One has torn across the top of the lift bar. Another one I managed to catch before it got to bad, and repaired it with gaffer tape and stitches. Thank you Roaming Chris for the needle and thread.
The prices I’ve seen for replacements are horrendous.
When I’m home, I’ll have another go at repairs.
I suppose my question is, has anyone replaced these blinds with cheaper alternatives?

I can’t remember which yours are Del, are they the pleated type or just flat fabric?
