Please have your envelope with your £2 per night insurance payment ready for collection on arrival. Don't forget to put your forum name and how many nights you are stopping, on the front of the envelope
I have booked a long weekend at the Wills O Natts public house, Holmfirth, West Yorkshire. The pub is very cosy and has a great food and drink menu. We can have up to 23 vans on the hardstanding at the top car parks , There is water available but please only use what you are going to need .we will also have access to toilets during the pubs opening hours and a elsan point for those who need to empty their toilet cassette . This meet is free but there is a £2 per van per night charge for camp insurance, and you must use the pub and have the Saturday evening meal. I will organize a meal for the Saturday night at 19.00pm, I will post the menu at a later date and take your order. The pub is also dog friendly. If you want to attend please put your name down on this thread only
This meet will be on tarmac hardstanding and due to the limited amount of car park will involve vans being parked close together. If you are not happy with this then please do not book to attend
