Anyone who wants to keep in touch with Family might find this deal useful, most of us have internet while we travel so one of these at home/family member or even neighbour could be used to keep in touch.
Usual price was £129 each, then there was a deal on amazon for £70 off for £59, put for a limited time you can have £50 off if you buy 2, so the 2nd one actually costs £8 so it works out at £34 a device, which makes it a cheap way into facebook portal for video whatsapp calls to people wanting to keep in touch with good quality cameras over something like Skype.

I can but I am married to someone who cannot, if I am not with her I am lucky if she can find her phone
Also it does make a nice digital photo frame as well as having Alexa on it so multifunctional

We have numerous (too many!) Alexa Echo Devices and they are handy. Got an Echo Show 5 in the sitting room, an Echo Show 5 in the camper (which is about to replaced with an Echo Show 8), an Echo Spot in one Bedroom and an Echo 1 in another, plus an Echo 2 in a shed. Think that might be overkill for the two of us?

Once it is set up (by your Son ) it will be easy enough for you, ask it about the weather, play a song or almost anything you want to know from Google, we have lights that we turn on/change colour or dim but you don't have to have those to get some benefit, give it a try you have nothing to lose you might be surprised

I have an Alexa thing next to our bed, really handy for getting the time or if struggling to sleep just ask Alexa to play radio , easy to set the time for which it plays, all done by voice so no rooting round for the light switch and pressing buttons.
