Rechargeable hair straighteners

I guess hair straighteners might come under the category of accessories so I'll risk the derision.
Having discovered at Hereford that my gas hair straighteners are past their best and with a teenager on board please can anyone reccomend a rechargeable 12v pair of straighteners. Ta
