June 23 adventure.

Cheers Tony, I can't disagree, my complaint was only about the MC and his lack of commentary of quite a lot of the activities, he never even mentioned the wrestling or dogs

Last night we stayed in Tomintoul and had dinner at the Richmond Hotel, with a Guinness Shandy of course, we're oer Pitlochry way tonight, we might stay up here for the games at St Andrews.

We went to Forfar this afternoon, it must be 10 years since the last visit, it looks like its very ryn down now a lot of empty shops with no hope of being sold or let, a lot of yobs hanging around being loud and obnoxious, Liz had to tell one of them where to go, I think they got the message, such a shame we liked it last time we were there.

We're back at Arbroath for tonight, warm but wet most of the day.

Forfar sake, welcome to Scotland, the run doon capital of the UK.

When I drove for a living I checked at every fill up, which could be 2 or 3 times a day in silly days, rarely needed oil sprinters don't leak or burn any.

Parked up on a very quiet A93 last night, and just having a coffee in Braemar, before heading possibly to Montrose.

Probably too late now but when in Braemar it’s well worth popping into the Fife Arms Hotel. Have a coffee sitting under a genuine Picasso or sit at the piano where Charlene Spiteri and Dame Judi Dench famously sang a duet last New Year. Or just ask one of the staff if you can have a good look around as the decor is fantastic - absolutely no expense spared.
It’s one of a favourite places for lunch.

Funny I get some unbearable noises from my Pass seat when in the Van too 😬
What's more annoying is I'd miss the dopey old bat if she wasn't there

We had just had a Coffee but we thought sod it and went in, I needed the loo anyway so we had a tea and a hot chocolate, and we sat under the Picasso.

I took a video of the very grand disabled loo, they fold the ends of the loo roll into a arrow and empty the bins of the paper hand towels after each person has been in, I only know as I went again on coming out.

We went over to Montrose as that had the nearest Evri shop to Braemar, had a coffee again and headed up the east coast to find a nice abode for the night 🌙

I never reveal my location while I'm there Tony, this is an open forum so anyone can read it.

But no, never been there i don't think.

Ah, tired brain tonight Tony, thanks 😉😉 I just re read my post it makes more sense to me now as a suggestion not a question.

I got a reply in a thread a while ago from some a hole who said they knew where I was one night, they were wrong but it puts you wise.

Saw this yesterday.
