Some clever touches in this van

Bed a good idea sliding out table under it, only thing wrong is how to get from cab the back, no good for wilding or even listining to the radio.

But £35k, no ta.

if it were a conversion by a recognised brand it would be £30k more than that - and I mean for a 2019 van as well, not new, so is £35k really too much at current prices?

I would agree if it had a good conversion I don't think that one is very good, it's not awful, and it is high mileage too.

the van itself is not a lot, so the value has to be in the conversion and I don't see it.

Yes, two windows would get rid of the top ones and the others a dent removing tool would get rid of those.

It was just an example of a vans price, not to buy as a project even though it's better than the one we bought overall.

The advert claims it has a gas safety certificate I am a bit surprised at that considering where that unflued LPG instantaneous water heater has been installed, maybe that was added after the gas tank was signed off though.

I am not up to speed on gas regulations is installing a heater like that acceptable?

Very curious what the access port is covering on the offside. they are used a lot internally in service vehicles, very handy in ceilings to get to radio aerials etc.
