Something to look forward too

As for 3500kg. And under no changes then Seems to be automatic at 70 to lose the C1 and the D1 parts on a uk licence .
Well that’s the way I read it

Must be a slow news day in Birmingham and they've nothing newsworthy to report. This has been the case since 1997 and they've only just noticed!
It seems to be the current click-bait, keeps popping up on my phone from lots of regional news sites.

You wouldn't believe that WW3 is starting would you? Or has the government instructed papers not to print anything about Ukraine vs. the Russia, China, Korea allies?

Something to look forward to:
Today I am having a rectal examination and a blood test.

I hope the doctor doesn't enjoy it, I certainly won't.

The doctor was a she. 🥵
Apparently it is enlarged, but that is common at my age. Some further tests needed. A nurse tried stabbing me in three different places in my arms but couldn't find any blood. Perhaps I haven't got any ! It may have gone into my urine - last week's sample had a small amount of blood so they wanted some more. I don't suppose they are drinking it? In my dad's last days they wanted quite frequent urine samples. I remember taking one into the surgery to hand it over and I said "here's a blood sample. It's a bit contaminated with urine". The doctor said well I don't think we need to do any tests on that". It was solid blood red.
Back tomorrow to give the vampire another go.
I'd better go on a cruise before they find anything and I can't afford the travel insurance.

Good luck hopefully it’s just a lower urinal track infection…

Unfortunately the news today about the 92 year old does not bode well for the competent over 70 and 80 year olds
