Hi Sue, just had a hospital appointment pop up for the morning of Saturday 12th, so won’t arrive until the afternoon/ evening all being well. Will obviously let you know if this changes. Thank you, see you soon.

BACK TO THIS LOVELY VENUE!

10 min walk to the beach. Dog walking field adjacent. 5 mins walk to the village of Burton Bradstock where there are two award-winning pubs. The Jurassic Coast bus X52/53 stops in the village. The Hive Beach has a cafe.

There is a campsite next door which should be reasonably quiet as it is not school holidays, not intrusive at all 2022, 2023, 2024.

10am Friday Welcome for newbies, open to old and new members to make new people feel welcome! Outside our van bring your own coffee/tea I will supply cake/biscuits!

Facilities:
Usual facilities of elsan, rubbish (general waste in a bag and strict recycling - no bag) and water. Self-contained vans only.

Pitch fees:

Fees: £13 per night, usual format correct money in an envelope with your forum name, no of nights and reg no.


Meet limited to 80 vans after which we will start a reserve list. It's very fluid at the moment I will keep the list open. When booking please state number of nights and day of arrival - thank you

Dear Martin et al,
I am going to have to cancel this meet and the New Forest meet. I am currently in Devon with a broken down van!!! Its a big job so I am relaying it home to a local garage with a lot of parking space as it mey be a while before they can get an estimate to fix it - my whole trip down South has been ruined. A nasty surprise!!!
Luckily I paid to extend the warrenty on the van so it won't cost me a huge fortune for either a new gearbox or a new clutch. The first breackdown man could only say it had either a buggered gearbox or a new clutch! Fingers crossed anyway🫰🫰.

Hi. Sorry we are not going to be able to make this one now. Moving to our new apartment which we have waited sooooo long for, we don't want to put it off to go away.
