Found this very easy recipe which is good as no cooking, minimal sugar ( I put less honey than recipe advocates) and is really good fibre. ( @Pudsey Bear, recent diabetic post) I didn't use processor just pounded the Weetabix to crumbs, omitted the chocolate as rolled them into balls coated in coconut.

Two portions of Weatabix with little honey and 200ml of warm milk, has been my breakfast for the last 40+ years
My other half is the same but with cold milk honey and a chopped banana I’m more of a porridge person.

Blimey, that does take some cleaning! This site charges a pound for a shower and cleaning myself up took three showers!😂

toast and jam for my breakfast, since forever. But I do occasionally have one weetabix(lidles version) and one shredded wheat, with honey and milk also.
Got up half awake the other day and mistakenly picked up a jar of chutney instead of black cherry jam. When I realised what I'd just spread on the toast, no panic, just added a slice of cheese. Cheese toastie and a cuppa. Proper job. 😂

I just put them in the microwave and used to have honey but not allowed the honey now :( :(
