Can I change the electrical door supply from the starter battery to the leisure battery or will it affect the central locking system. The reason being the starter battery runs down after a few days with continuous use not moving. Appreciate any knowledge for this problem. Thanks

In addition to changing the Vehicle Battery ['VB'], a great addition would be an Ablemail AMT12-2 Trickle Charger that works with just about any combination of battery types to use the Leisure Battery ['LB'] to trickle charge the VB so that the latter is always ready to go. The AMT12-2 also has inbuilt software to force the LB to charge the VB for 9 seconds in every 10 seconds. The Charger is not as expensive as a VB, and will extend the working life of the VB by virtue of it not becoming over discharged when the M/Home is not being used.

I wouldn't be convinced the vehicle battery is actually bad as an electric door does use a fair bit of power and if you are opening and closing the door frequently, that is a decent drain.
If you also have a tracker fitted and listen to the cab radio when parked up, further drains and depending on the vehicle, when you open the drivers cab door, that may power up the glow plugs, so another drain if you are popping in and out of the drivers side door a lot.

Having a way to maintain the starter battery whilst parked up is a good idea. There are a few options there you can use, but the best (IMO) is the Ablemail AMT12-2, and with this you can in effect use the power from the leisure battery to power that electric door as you were musing, but via the vehicle battery.
