LPG just off the M6

Where do you use for LPG gas just off the M6? Often go up and down that road and wonder if anyone knows of easily accessible LPG filling points?

Hi All,

M6, J36.

Go right/east towards Kirby Lonsdale for 500mtrs(ish), turn left towards Crooklands/Kendal.

Follow for 4mins or so and garage on the right.

Lpgis round the back of the building and hang a left onto the first Truck filling point.

That’s the LPG filling point.

I answer to which part of M6.- Coming down from the M74 to Cheshire. Before I looked at the replies I tried to find the place at Crooklands but could not remember the way! I have the apps, but they are not always up to date and local knowledge is superior. I have found a shell garage in Cheshire near where I am staying.

There is a Morrisons supermarket not far from junction 28 at Leyland, that is where I fill up with lpg.

J12 of the M6 onto A5 West towards Gailey (watch out for the speed cameras along this stretch!) Just before you reach the BP garage on the left there is at turning (signposted LPG Autogas). Follow the lane to MMS Gas Power, http://www.mmsgaspower.co.uk/ always good prices and they do conversions and servicing etc.
