Regular Clothes for the Motorhome

We tend to leave clean clothes in the van if we are due to go away again soon, otherwise I take all my clothes out. I keep my Crocs and Birkenstocks/boots in the van depending on season

Had to Google "Birkenstock's", Lin Da. Very Nice! Are they what Nik calls her, Scholl's ?

I've loads of clothes in Demi, Most of it stays there, 'cos they never gets used. I know if I brought into the house, it would disappear in one of Nik's clear out's. I'm pretty sure various charity shops have more of my gear than I do. I suppose, if I knew which shop they went to, I could buy them back.

Stuff I do bring back into the house, sometimes doesn't go back. Walking boots seem to be favourite ATM. Glasson Dock, then into York Moors. Boots? In Northampton. Hiking in trainers was b**dy hard work. Perhaps the only way around this is either to duplicate everything. or move into the van permanently. Not sure I'm ready for full time. Second pair of boots would be cheaper than, Divorce Proceedings.

Lee has a spare pair of walking boots permanently in the van.... he got some hardly worn off eBay for half the price he had just paid for new pair, being size 15 he snapped them up.

In a size 15, I wouldn't put them on, I could hike inside them.;)

With all Sue's 'what iffs' (to cope with every conceivable weather condition) I only have enough space in the wardrobe to keep a pair of trainers, a pair of cargo pants and a pack away rain jacket. Everything else I pack into a bag and keep it under my bunk, knickers and socks stay in the top locker though.

Just bought a onesie which will be kept in the motorhome - along with the slippers and wellies. Really toastie; so I won't have to have the heating so high.

We have his and hers "just in case" box in the van all of the time. In these, we keep a full set of hot weather clothing and a set for the cold; this makes sure we have at least something with us in case the weather doesn't do what was expected.
These boxes are a small zipped box type things that fit neatly in the hard to reach corner of one of our cupboards.
If we aren't going to use the van for a while we clear everything out. I've found that clothes in the motorhome appear to multiply somehow ! There is always twice as many items at the clear-out session that anyone will admit to :)
