Back home and ill

I left Hereford and spent a couple of nights at Stonehenge drive home today felling like I had been kicked by a horse In the back, joints, shoulders and kidneys and then became so ill that a 4/5 hour journey took me 7/8 hours now laid on the sofa wrapped in a throw feeling crap.

Me as well Annie, got home Thurs, feeling fine, then wham, into bed for two days..... on water only.
Not too bad today, going to try a shift this evening and see how I get on. Certainly knocks it out of you though!

Yup, Its's that January bug-time again. A few where we are started coming down with it round about New Year's Eve.

Not affected me yet, but I'm pretty resilient (normally!), and no infectious little tykes, aka g-kids, to catch anything from!!

Keep warm and hydrated, and get well soon anyone who's currently suffering from the lurgy.
