Heavy frost, sky was blue but, just to give a bit of variety, has now clouded over. Won't make any difference to plans, except we might not sit outside for lunch.
Log shed getting finished...I will go pick more oranges!

At 11°C it's warmer than some parts of Portugal here in Herts.
Oh. and did I mention that it's dry?
I echo Bill's sentiments and hope that anyone in Storm Christoph's path stays safe today.

The forecast was pretty accurate.
Squalls arriving at 4am.
Nipped out of my cosy bed at 4.45 .
Hopped back in at 4.46..
Only a week's rain collected, so far.
It's drizzly and grey.
Westerly winds easing now.
Mustn't grumble.

Hoping that the snow does’t give you problems Gordon. I’d quite like some to look at here, but whilst it’s only 1 degree so far it is dry and should remain so for the day.

Snowed overnight up here Gordon but not a lot and the roads round us are all clear (except of course the Banchory to Fettercairn B974 road where the snow gates have been closed for the best part of 2 weeks). So you should be ok in the Aberdeen area.

No that's fine, I have a supply

and not required today....
Think we have your weather here today...grey and frequent downpours. Dave left cement uncovered and I noticed about 11pm so ended up being the one going out in the dark last night during the first squall, to sort it out...
As a bonus it's much warmer though!
