Peaceful here in Norfolk, nearish to the lost village where my maternal forefathers lived. Two major crashes in a single journey on the M25 and M11. Sobering, because in my youth I could go months without seeing any form of accident.

Troon must be a new one Jeff. Eg, Glen Sannox re-routed to berth at Troon due to vessel size and on/off facilities at Troon.

When we went not after COVID restrictions being lifted, Troon was never an option, which is why I mentioned you booking correct departure port. CalMac ferry service doesn't know if it coming or going with it's aged fleet!

Ardrossan is good though, Jeff. There is an ASDA right next to ferry terminal. Enjoy Arran.
