Wonderful weekend Lynn and I enjoyed it so much.
Thanks to the Jeff and Lorraine great do.
Thank you to all the Stewards that helped make this possible.
Also a big thank you to all the lovely people we met. Whether it be over a cup and a bacon butty or having a pint and putting the world to right.
Unfortunately the rugby was a let down but I much enjoyed the company nice people and a good laugh.
Finally to our team mates on The Red Roses 🌹 Sandra and Tony thank you we had a good laugh such good company.

What a fabulous meet with Midlife!
Thanks to everyone involved in the organising and smooth running of the Goosnargh Rally.
Special thanks to the wonderful Jeff and Lorraine and the excellent team of Gordon, Ken and Del for the way they made it look so simple!
The band were overwhelmingly brilliant, driving the evening along and involving us all in the nights excitement, we were so sad that, for the first time ever, we were both unable to join in the dancing but there’s now a dent in the floor, from stamping our feet!
For the whole weekend, the Staff were amazing, and, as always couldn’t do enough for us. Chelsea and Jolene spring to mind, but there were so many others. It was nice to see Frankie, however briefly, after his op, and we all wish him a speedy recovery.
What can we say about Dave and Helen, possibly the best Club Stewards in the history of the Universe!
We had a very tearful farewell from Helen, when we finally had to leave and that will stay with us forever! One lovely person, we will miss them so much if they go ahead with their plans to leave.
We are currently at Blackpool CC, but somehow I have managed to catch a nasty cough together with a developing chill, and not feeling my usual self. Bearing in mind how cold it is here, I think it would be prudent for me to head home ‘to my bed’ and sort myself out, before our forthcoming trip to France in December.

Big thanks to all involved in the organisation, had a great weekend. Special thanks for coming to Mary & my rescue and letting us come back for an extra night before Blackpool.
