Which way have you gone Jeff. Under slung or all electric ?
I tried all electric. It bit me bum. So glad I didn’t take the gas out.
A 460 ah lithium went to zero, mid cooking dinner.
Panic phone call to the boss. He explained, like you would to a 5 year old, that autumn sunshine, even in southern France, couldn’t keep up with what I was asking it to do.
So, much chastised, I cook on gas. Not with the microwave or airfryer obviously. Don’t want the smell of burning plastic, do you? I’ve got pans, I’d forgotten I had.
