Can you negotiate a better deal with Midsummer Energy @Philip Tomlinson ? Their panels are a good price but the Victron MPPT Solar controller I looked at was cheaper at Onboard Energy.

I did use the discount codes but the MPPT charger was cheaper at onboard energy and the best priced panels were from Midsummer. Not a real issue but just easier to order from one company.

I will phone them up and see if I can improve the deal.

There is a problem with Victron kit at present, a lot of it is being held at a central hub awaiting clearance. Midsummer Energy didnt have any of the IP22 30amp chargers due to this problem and Onboard Energy only have the 3 output version. This is probably only a short term problem while paperwork is sorted but it has been ongoing for a month now.
Midsomer were actually cheaper but no good if you have none in stock

I switched to a 3-Output 30A charger as the 1 output one I ordered pre-Christmas is still not landed with the distributor.
