2nd hand parts suppliers

EG breakers or specific brand dismantlers.

Does the motorhome industry have such businesses?

In motorcycling, there are several breakers who specialise in certain brands (eg BMW), and so if you're after a specific 2nd hand part, you know who to contact, and they'll even maintain a customer relationship record for you.

Does anyone have any recommendations for such businesses in the Motorhoming world?

For example - I'd like to get a fold-down worktop extension fitted to the van I'm going to be buying very soon, but the manufacturer is stalling on supplying one, so I'd like to investigate buying a 2nd hand part from a reliable, recommended supplier.

Hi. I haven't used them yet myself but there is a company called The Caravan Centre, Blaenavon. They salvage vans and motorhome and parts. Its near Abertillery in Wales. They have a website-check it out and good luck.

I call there when I need things got a great little table from them so I could take the huge dining table out of the van £20 it's a great place to look round if your in the area.

I haven't heard of any specific brand breakers for MH / Caravans like there is for bikes. I would have thought a very limited market.

Not a breakers, but O'Leary motorhomes in Hull carries vast stock of discontinued items.

I have been to the caravan breakers in Blaenavon when I had a caravan it is well worth a visit if your near or passing I agree with Campervanannie.
