This is a arrol Johnston only three in existence and is 105 years old ,the guy was saying all creatures great and small were going to use it for the vets car but it was too small ,crash gearbox ,no choke all hand throttle

lovely pics........was watching a car auction progtamme on tv last night...........60s mini....rusted away looks as tho half the bodywork has been eaten away by the rust..........went for about 18,000 pounds.....wow...could not believe it.......someone from up north bought it........wish i had kept hold of all my old bangers now.....
this car rally that you are at looks very interesting.......lots of different vehicles on show.

stll have the back window from my austin healy sprite hard top.....down the bottom of my garden.......have to see if there is someone out there who is looking for one.

Thanks for posting photos Gordon some nice cars there probably owned most of them at one time or another I’m surprised at some of the lemons I had made it to be classics ie allegro alpine avenger now worth a mint. But the old escorts get me every time must have re built a dozen engines on my mothers kitchen table I was a 100% Fordy watched the professionals next day I was Boady and Doyle.
