Air suspension

I tend to run mine at around 60 psi.
The advice from the Aireride site was that anything between 20 min & 100 is fine.
Whatever suits you and your style of driving really.

ok all you guys that have air suspension what pressure do you put in ?.
I've got AS bags and I put them on to get an extra 300kg rating on the Alko rear axle so need a decent pressure to generate that capacity.
AS say 4 bar minimum and 5 bar max so I use 4.5 bar.
To be honest I notice no real difference when driving as the van always rode well even though it must have been overloaded.
Sometimes max or min on one side when parked up to avoid using ramps if ground not quite level.

AS Air Suspension, Warrington.

I run at 4 bar, that`s with a 2.4m overhang and the rear axle running at near the 2,500kg max.

The correct pressure depends on how big the airbag is. Double the radius and you need a quarter the pressure for the same amount of lift. So what is suitable for one van will be wrong for another.

True - however I suspect that there are a pretty limited range of bags being used.
