I had an E Mail summary from a Portuguese newspaper I subscribe to saying that house prices in the Algarve have fallen by 20% , and in Barcelona by 13% , sign of things to come I think?

Thanks for the warning...
We weren't planning to sell up just yet.
We are staying long enough to spend our latest Euromillions win..11.58 €

You kept that quiet, do you need my bank details to send me my share.😂😂😄
The drinks are on you, when we next your way.

They always were, Lee...!
That's quite an incentive to make us sell up and move.
😜
Mind you, by the time we are next allowed to meet, ...
We'll all be too senile to remember.

Remember what!!
Is it my round?
O.k. is that one bottle of red or two.

Back on topic..I've scoured the local press and online news.
Can't find any mention of that 20% crash forecast.
Unless it was in the " Resident ? "
We don't hold with that rag, I'm afraid..
Makes the Daily Mail look like the Church Times.
