Alpha Batteries. (AB)

I had an issue with a car battery I purchased from AB. Long story short, and after an amicable discussion with John, AB director, a new battery was sent and now installed and working.

This took one phone call, what a great service from Alpha Batteries. I certainly won't go past this company, and thoroughly recommend them.

Yes, for as long as I can remember I have purchased all my batteries from Alpha and have always received exemplary help and service. John Gabbott is always ready to help and advise and priced as good as, or mainly better than others.

I have recently upgraded to lithium and the guidance help and assistance was truly fantastic. The phone is always answered too, quite rare these days

I didn’t know John’s second name, John certainly did go above and beyond, which as you stated, is rare these days.
