No, and as you live in England and according to your info retired, if things stay as is in England we are not allowed to travel more than 5 miles.

Hoping to go to Scotland vs Ireland? I don't think there's much chance of spectators being allowed. SRU have plans to allow hospitality tickets (at quite a price) but whether the rules will be relaxed by then I very much doubt.
