Are you a nibbler?

Well after a long beach walk, paddle, and playing in the rocks catching Hermit crabs and watching Octopus and cutle fish doing there thing, we wandered into town Fuseta Portugal for a look round the fish and produce markets marveling at the vast variety of fish, shellfish, and Octopus and other slimy creatures on offer there. We decided to go back to the van and have something to eat and go out for a meal this evening, we toasted four fresh rolls we had bought opened 2 tins of Sardines and mixed the Sardines with mayonais lemon juice, pepper salt malt vinegar and fresh chopped spring onion. Buttered the rolls, spread the Sardine mix on all 8 pieces topped this with sliced tomatoes cucumber, red, green and yellow Peper slices and a further dribble of lemon juice and ate four each. Poor man's lunch but delicious pudding was a large fresh orange each BIG HERE sliced Strawberries and ice cream topped with sliced stem ginger and some of the Ginger sauce poured over all this. We also drank a couple of glasses of expensive white Portuguese wine 85 cents a litre box, and are now feeling a bit sleepy hee hee, so later we return to the beach to work up an appetite for our Dinner later 23 degs here today but a lovely cooling sea breeze, we have a nice spot on this Fuseta squat overlooking the beach and sea.
