Audio system

Dear All,

Just bought a new van (Citroen Relay) to be converted. I'd like to use the van's own audio system when parked up. Problem is obviously it's propensity to turn itself off after allotted time! So the questions are,

1. Does anyone know a way of wiring the van's audio to the leisure battery. All the advice I've had (from car audio specialists) is that in built audios will not work without connecting via the van's power system and connected to the 'CAN' network?

2. Is there a way of changing the van settings so that the audio stays on for longer?

Thanks.

Richard

Flick through your memory settings you may find a music symbal, press on or off, this should allow radio play, most newish radio`s will shut down automaticly after 20min`s or so.

All I know is that the Pioneer radio fitted to my 2017 Pilote is powered from the habitation battery without a can bus connection involved. There is no ON/OFF with the ignition, it has to be switched ON and stays on til switched OFF.
