As a matter of interest, I have learned that Autosleepers also offer a version of the ES that isn't in their brochure. If you order it instead of the overcab bed they will provide a big cupboard with a 1m x 70cm door. Lots of storage and a chance to get some weight on the front wheels. And you can have the two bench seats/low level beds without the extra passenger seats which make up most of the extra weight and cost of the ES.
Anyone had any experience of Marquis Sheffield. I sent a long list of quite demanding questions to various Autosleeper dealers. They are so far the only ones to respond, have reasonable answers to most questions, and will find out those they couldn't answer (including axle loads unladen...a question which Swift have constantly evaded answering about their vans)...and they will put them all in writing. So far not a peep out of Derby Motorhomes.
