According to my wife he killed 3 people , I cann't confirm though
 
The 80yr old driver and his wife were killed as well as a 30 something male.
 
I'm starting to think we should all be tested annually after say,75 , I'm 70 and still think I can still drive as well as I did 50 years ago but I definitely cann't stay awake as long.
 
Also had an accident a week prior.
Deffo we all need retests, but some take it to heart and are so defensive

We don't - we moan at each other lol - and even rejoined RoSPA for some more training as it was a while ago I did my advanced tests, and the missus did it a few years ago. See no harm in being guided for improving. (Though if she gets a Gold again and I don't, I may change my view ;) )
 
I think you'll find that the driver was from abroad not the UK so having retests for us wouldn't have helped.
