British Ex pats

English grammar, one of the lessons you skipped at school 😉
Not at all, Lee! Thursday lessons in my final year were Double Greek, Double Latin, French, Lunch, English Language, and Cadets. So lots of language, focusing on the ability to apologise in various tongues if you shot somebody by accident... Of course, we're it to be deliberate, no apology would be necessary :ROFLMAO:

I have to admit. I think my paternal Grandma was English, but I don’t remember taking her to school.
Mum’s Mum. Definitely English. No foreigner could swear as eloquently as her. Navvies were known to blush.

Some people may say you could of done us all a favour and played hookey on those Thursday's 😆😉
P.s. my favourite part of an English lesson was the precis.😉

I've been to Hull.
You can get Love hearts there.
Completely off topic, but I sincerely hope that your move has gone well, Paul.

Back on track, although both Yvonne and I have spent many combined years as Ex-Pats, we finally decided that our roots suited us best.

So with Welsh, Northumbrian, Breckland, and Shropshire ancestry, we decided that East Sussex was right for us. 🙂
