Buying online.

Anyone had any dealings with Leisureshop direct.com had very poor service from them on two puchases taken a fortnight to deliver both items communication is non existent too.Be warned.

Have had issues on two previous orders but also had a straight forward order.

The issues appeared to stem from parts that their site had stated were in stock but within a couple of days I received and email advising me of a two week delay. One of the orders for an important Sietz external window seal took eight weeks to arrive whilst getting emails every two weeks advising a two week delay. My main frustration being no landline number to discuss the delay.

Given the above poor service I use them as a last resort, but sadly with some parts there's no alternative.

I've used them. No problems with my order. I don't recall them being cheap but I got exactly what I requested.
If I have time I generally order from my local caravan and trailer dealer (GTi Towing, Hertfordshire, 01707 262875). Ask for Garvin. If they don't have the item in stock they generally get them within a few days. Might be of interest to anyone in that area.

I have used them a number of times and twice I had a long wait, so I shop elsewhere now. Their website is crap since they changed it a few years ago, it's probably the worst one on the web. If in doubt, ring them to check they have the item in stock. They let me down with a replacement Remis rooflight cover and I could not use the van until it eventually arrived.

01271 862349, I've used them several times, and on one occasion had to wait for an item, but considering the amount of items they list that's not suprising. Communication could be better, but that's common with a lot of online stores.
