Thanks for the heads up !Got outbid..made £174...But they are £500 ISH new.So I'm going to stick with my homemade one..works perfectly well gives me 10ltrs hot water in 10 ISH minutes from the diesel hydronic heater.

I think a 10l one would be woefully inadequate i have a 30l horizontal surecal in the crafter, even with a lot of extra insulation the heat loss overnight from such a small quantity of water is considerable especially from the relatively large surface areas of the immersion heater boss and copper pipe work.

I have the dual 230/12v immersion and we use ours as a solar dump load which does mean free hot water for most of the year.

For the iveco I’ve bought the much cheaper but seemingly better insulated Whale water heater, mains only but again will be used as a solar dump load via the inverter
