Can I go from scart to hdmi?

I have managed to obtain a 12v Pace Sky minibox to use in the MH. I have tried it out and it works fine.

it could be a bit better, initially I tried it simply by using the RF outlet, and that confirmed I’d bought a useable unit.

I know the picture could be better using the scart sockets on both the box and the TV. However my box is in one cupboard between the TV aerial/ Sat dish controller. Then there is a long crockery cupboard with the TV housing alongside that. The access for a cable is large enough for a HDMI cable to be threaded along behind the cupboard but there isn’t room to get the huge scart socket along it.

can I obtain a Scart to HDMI adaptor lead? This way I can use the sole Scart outlet on the box into the HDMI input on the TV.

Yes - you can get a powered conversion "box" that converts analogue to digital.
Plenty of choice in the usual places.

Thanks. I’d had a quick look before and only found hdmi to scart. Then I looked closer and found that they are switchable And ordered one.

now how quick will the slow boat from ChIna take?.......
