Can't find the solar regulator/controller on my brand new van?

I would have gone for the Votronic trio but they were more than I wanted to pay

Those triple all-in-one systems are pricey.
I have supplied the Redarc Manager30 Battery Management System (not the same as a Lithium BMS) on request and that was not a cheap system (over £1,000). Well featured with Mains, B2B, Solar and SOC Monitor plus other features. But as pointed out, having everything in one box can leave you exposed and you can potentially lose multiple functions for a single failure which could be most inconvenient.
