If you disconnect the wiring at the burner unit and use a multimeter, you can check if you have power getting to the burner. If you have power, then the burner control unit is probably at fault.I already have taken the plate off, the burner is not rusty. the problem seems to be electrical ie, no lights on switchpanel, gas valve not being energized, no spark.
No power at the burner then the fault us back towards the panel and it’s power supply.
