Caxton FX

I ended up with a very small USD balance left on my Caxton FX card after a purchase i made from America which had to be made in USD.

I`ll never use it up so i rang Caxton to see what could be done and had visions of it being left there for all eternity but i was wrong.

Claire at Caxton couldn`t have been more helpful and immediately transferred it across to my Euro balance without taking any commission.

If other company customer services were as helpful, polite and efficient as this the world be a better place

Agree. Been using Caxton Euro for several yrs now. Simple system, good online app operation & never given me any probs.

I have a FairFX card and it’s great apart from one thing. The automated fuel pumps will not accept it. Is that the same with Caxton eurocards

It used to be when Caxton was Visa backed but now it`s Mastercard backed i believe they are accepted at some automated 24/7 pumps.

I use Halifax Clarity for fuel and that was the primary reason for getting it so i could use the automated 24/7 pumps.

I have a CaxtonFX card and used it at several automated pumps in France and Germany in January, it wasn't refused at any of them
