I have fitted cctv on our Kontiki, which works great, but does anyone have and idea of the legality of this whilst traveling in any European contries?

I am pretty certain it is illegal to have cctv in a public place without licenses in Portugal, the only reason I know this there was a piece in the news about someone getting clobbered the other day.

My understanding is that it is illegal to even have a cct. Unit on board I was told this by the G.N.R. So be careful.
