Depends whether you want a site or not. You can overnight on the Little Roodee car park ..............

Roodee Car Park, MOHO's overnight very safeand much closer to centre, stayed countless times

We spent one night in Linenhall car park in December last year. I think it is on both YourParkingSpace and Horizon Parking. It's very central.
