Cooker hob

Hi all. Can you peeps recommend a two burner hob for my camper. I have seen very reasonably priced hobs for static caravans with a lpg conversion kit but they have electric ignition running off 240 volt. If I don’t connect a power source and use matches would this still work ? Cheers all

the only problem you might have is actually connecting the hob to the motor home gas supply. The LPG conversion kit will only be a set of jets you'll need to source some fittings to connect it,

We had a two ring hob with automatic ignition 1.5v battery.

Not sure if same make, will have a look tomorrow and see if I can find exact model.
The only issue we had with ours was that the rings rattled and flew off once when sharp turn taken. Solved by having heavy chopping board sitting on top which the rings slot into. Fits very snuggly and stops all rattles!

why not use a 2 burner from a camping shop/go outdoors ? they'll have ignition and can be piped into your lpg gas supply. cheap too
