Done this on two vans now, sorry no picture but a bit obvious.
The dash cup holder is a bit lame as it is not very deep, we don't use cups, we have the small standard 500ml water bottles and they fall out easily so I bought a cheapo bamboo re-usable cup, drilled a hole in the bottom, lift the little rubber mat out of the cup holder and screw the cup down, now it supports the bottle no problem and it will still hold a cup should we need to.
