Damned laptop has died

One of the reasons I have stayed with Dell is I think they only make business machines so are much more robust, also they are still supporting this laptop, I'm just downloading up to date drivers for it, sadly it isn't compatible with Win 11, which is odd as Liz has the same model and it came with Win 11 installed, it's awful.

Dont require any drivers in you know what, yes 11 crap, they own it not you, you can only download what they aprove of, win 7 was the best and last.
