Having driven 250 miles down through France we arrived at the aire and i set to work with the cloth and clean water to debug the front of the motorhome.

Another brit who didn't see me do it came over and asked how my motorhome was so clean and bug / insect free.

I told him i'd been on a Bug / Insect avoidance course with the CAMC so i'd missed all of them whilst driving.

I don't think he believed me and walked off muttering something......LOL

I was walking my blue merle puppy some years ago and there was a police dog handler up there at the same time. He asked me what breed she was, I told him “Albanian speckled sheep dog”

I remember eel fishing on the Norfolk broards when a holiday maker stopped to ask what we were fishing for he was told we get salmon round about here but don’t tell anyone.Half an hour later he still had his rod out.
