Dover to Calais Crossing, any serious border issues?

Motorhomes and Touring Caravans registered in UK total around 775,000, yet some 15 million UK residents visited Spain in 2022. So, even if there were a mass exodus of caravanners and motorhomers, there would be less than 7% of UK tourism to Spain on the move. And Motorhomers are quite tight with the cash, as a couple of Threads this weekend show ... In contrast, there are literally planeloads of package holiday tourists, staying mainly in hotels, eating out every day and earning UK reputation for boozing beyond the norm, who will contribute the cash to Spanish Tourism. Motorhmers and Caravanners will contribute very little by comparison [and the 10 million French visitors will chip in a few € each]

Steve,
Interesting stats, as you've no doubt gathered, I don't much bother with the stats, I tend to work with the visual 🤔 , like based on what we witnessed last year, massive Irish Ferry, Dover Calais, hardly anything going out early June, packed to the gunnells on return mid July, with less than half a dozen MH's. Never seen anything like it, Dutch everywhere. ☹️
