Earning 5% interest from OVO

I was talking to Katherine (clunegapyears) and she was telling me about a savings account she has that pays 5% interest. This led me to think about our energy supplier OVO, they pay me 5% interest on my credit balance up to £1000 (£50 per year). Does anyone else know of ways to earn interest on money that is not in a bank account?

I strongly recommend that you pass all surplus monies to me. I'll take excellent care of it and pay you interest.
